Our Story
The Story Behind Business Start N Grow
For more than 25 years, entrepreneurship has been at the center of my professional journey.
Throughout those years, I have started, managed, and worked with businesses across different industries. Like every entrepreneur, I have experienced both successes and setbacks. Each one taught me valuable lessons about business, leadership, decision-making, resilience, and the importance of adapting to change.
Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I also had the privilege of mentoring business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Over the years, I met many people with great ideas, strong determination, and a genuine desire to succeed. What I discovered was that most entrepreneurs were not looking for someone to run their business or tell them what to do. They simply wanted someone they could trust — someone who would listen, understand their situation, ask thoughtful questions, and provide an honest second opinion.
Running a business can often be a lonely journey. Business owners make difficult decisions every day, carry financial responsibilities, solve unexpected problems, and often have no independent person with whom they can openly discuss their ideas.
That realization inspired me to create Business Start N Grow.
Business Start N Grow was founded on a simple belief: entrepreneurs deserve access to practical guidance, honest conversations, and experienced support from someone who understands the realities of building and running a business.
My role is not to make decisions for entrepreneurs. My role is to help them think more clearly, evaluate opportunities, overcome challenges, avoid unnecessary mistakes, and move forward with greater confidence.
After more than 25 years in business, I continue to believe that success is not built by having all the answers. It is built by asking the right questions, making thoughtful decisions, and never stopping the process of learning and growing.
